Acura occupies an interesting section of the entry-level luxury car class. Once an 80's/90's automotive darling, it fell out of favor over the 00's due to aggressive competitor marketing efforts, outdated design, and undefined brand direction.
In 2016, Acura launched its first rebrand: Precision Crafted Performance. It's where design meets experience and driving excellence. To go along with the updated initiative, we refreshed their entire catalogue of social platforms with more engaging and effective content.
Dynamic digital-forward videos and lifestyle shots took the place of run-of-the-mill running footage and uninspired warehouse imagery, creating a new message for their updated audience to pick up on:
